Terms of Service

By accessing or using Reimburse AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including employees submitting expenses and administrators managing company accounts.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. Company administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All payments are processed in USDC on the Avalanche blockchain. Transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain. You are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses for payouts. Reimburse AI is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses. Company treasury funds are held in smart contract vaults with multi-signature controls.

You agree not to submit fraudulent or manipulated receipts. You must not attempt to circumvent our AI auditing systems. You may not use our service for money laundering or illegal activities. Automated abuse or scraping of our platform is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.

Reimburse AI provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Blockchain transaction fees are the responsibility of the user.

We may update these terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. You may terminate your account if you disagree with updated terms. The latest version of terms will always be available on this page.
